Dr. Ashley Bateman was born and raised in Pacific Palisades, California, and is happy to come "home" to start her family medicine practice with UCLA in Thousand Oaks. She is a fourth generation physician who is carrying on her family's tradition of providing excellent primary care and making house calls when needed.

Dr. Bateman received her undergraduate degree from Skidmore College in Neuroscience and her Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University.
